Return Policy: We aim to provide a great experience every time, but even we can experience the off day occasionally. The best way to guarantee a great experience is to review our shipping guidelines and keep them in mind when placing orders.
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we DO NOT accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 14 days from receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements.

Deposits: Bulk Meat Orders are reserved with a non-refundable deposit. In the event you simply cannot pay the balance, consider finding someone to take the remaining portion on your animal reservation.
Shipping Accuracy: Check your addresses carefully!! Our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly adressed orders. we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
No Weekend Shipping: Orders are shipped weekly every Monday via Ground or 2 Day Air, depending on your location. The ordering cut off is Sundays at 12pm to receive shipment the following week. No exceptions.
Handling & Freshness: All products shipped from Frickson Family Farms, LLC. are shipped frozen from our farm. Please freeze the products immediately upon receipt. Products should remain froze until they are ready to be consumed. Failure to report spoilage within 48 hours of receiving the order will be at the loss of the consumer. Other defects must be reported within 14 days from receipt of order.
